Our Traditions range is a celebration of traditional winemaking methods that have been employed by winemakers throughout the centuries.
2019 was a warm year and low cropping has provided wines of great intensity. Hand-picked, fermented in open vats, basket pressed and matured for 12 months in a mix of new and one-year French oak, the wine is tightly structured and exhibits notes of cherry, blueberry, violet, pepper, and liquorice.
