The north-east facing slopes of Tea Tree provide the perfect setting for production of great Riesling. Long, mild summer days combined with rich dermasol soils ensure compact bunches and intensity of flavour. Our Estate Riesling comes exclusively from our home block, and comprises 3 clones to create a beautifully rich, generous wine.
The 2025 “Estate” Riesling is pale straw in colour. Aromas of zesty lime, appricot and citrus blossom. A crisp palate with a hint of sweetness. Citrus, apple and ripe grapefruit flavours abound. Subtle minerality and tight acidity deliver a dry lingering finish.. Ten (10) grams of residual sugar.
