Pinot Noir is one of the world’s favourite wine varieties, known for it’s enchanting aromas, varied fruit flavours, supple texture and complexity. It is a variety that inspires winemakers in many regions, and can exhibit a range of personalities as a result of the many winemaking techniques that are employed. From delicate and light, to bold and rich.
We have also been captivated by the many possibilities of Pinot Noir, and our sample pack provides three delicious interpretations of this special variety.
All wines are made from grapes grown on our vineyard in the Coal River Valley and made using traditional winemaking methods. Our 2025 sample pack comprises one bottle each of the following wines:
- 2023 ‘Sans Souci’ WB Pinot Noir 750ml… a lighter fruit-driven style celebrating whole-bunch fermentation
- 2024 ‘Estate’ Pinot Noir 750ml… medium-bodied with fruit, spice and a long, fine structure
- 2023 ‘Traditions’ Pinot Noir 750ml… old-world methods capturing the richness of our fruit and a bolder structure
