The north-east facing slopes of Tea Tree provide the perfect setting for production of great Riesling. Long, mild summer days combined with rich dermasol soils ensure compact bunches and intensity of flavour. Our “Estate” Riesling comes exclusively from our home block, and comprises 3 clones to create a beautifully rich, generous wine.
Riesling was again a star in the 2023 vintage. The “Estate” Riesling is pale straw in colour and exhibits a suggestion of sweetness with aromas of citrus and melon. The palate presents a fresh medley of apples, citrus and pineapple, with balanced acidity and a dry finish. Eight (8) grams of residual sugar.
